The intelligence agency is a building that when build allows you to do more advanced spy missions.
The spy missions that will be unlocked are as followed:
Investigate Civ Mission: This will give you information about the Civilization's total Culture output, their current Research, their total Beakers from Towns and their chosen Policies.
Raid Mission: This missions allows you to steal Trade Goodies during Wartime. More about this missions can be found on the Spy page.
Sabotage Mission: This missions allows you to disable any Tower in Wartime for 2 hours (This can be undone by the targeted Civilization by breaking the TNT that spawned inside the Tower). More about this missions can be found on the Spy page.
